Professional Tennis Experience:
 
April 1981 to April 1983 - Regency Racquet Club (now Sport & Health): Staff Professional.
 
April 1983 to April 1987 - Arlington “Y” Tennis & Squash Club: Staff Professional, then Head Professional. 
 
April 1987 to September 1989 - Westwood Country Club: Head Professional. 
 
September 1989 to April 1998 - Willow Oaks Country Club: Director of Tennis.
 
May 1998 to Present - West Winds Tennis & Fitness Center: Director of Tennis & an Owner.
 
Tennis & USPTA Activity:
 
4-year letterman for George Mason University: 1975 – 1979.
Member of USPTA since 1979, certified as Pro 1, now known as Elite.
USPTA Tester: 1986 – 1988.  
Became Head Tester for Mid-Atlantic USPTA 1989 to 2019.
USPTA Mid-Atlantic Tester of the Year: ’88, ’89, ’91, ’96, ’98, ’01,’02, ’03, ’04 and ’12.
USPTA Virginia Board Representative: 1992 & 1993.
USPTA Mid-Atlantic Division President: 1994 & 1995.
Virginia USPTA Pro of the Year: ’86, ’87, ’90, and ’91.
Mid-Atlantic USPTA Pro of the Year: ’94.
Member of USPTA National Nomination Committee: ’92 & ’93.
Chairman of USPTA National Nomination Committee: ’94 & ’95.
Co-Founder of “T.O.P of Richmond” (“T”ennis “O”pportunity “P”rogram) – a nationally recognized program bringing summer tennis to under-privileged city youth in Richmond, VA. 
Advisory Board member to Richmond Tennis Association: ’90 – ’93.
Member of United States Racquet Stringers Association since 1988.
Coached at USTA Area Training Center in Richmond, ’91.
Head coach for 12 & under Mid-Atlantic Zonal Team to Nashville, TN, July of ’96.
Member of Prince Advisory Team, ’94 – ’97.
Head coach for Boy’s 16 Mid-Atlantic Zonal Team at Wake Forest, ’02.
 
Education Background:
B.S. in Business from George Mason University graduating in 1979.
